Crumbless is a digital-only platform. All products and services provided are delivered electronically and consumed instantly upon purchase or activation. There are no physical goods associated with any Crumbless purchase. By purchasing any product or service on the Crumbless platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
As all Crumbless products and services are digital in nature, no returns are possible. Once a digital product or service has been delivered, activated, or made accessible to you, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This applies to, but is not limited to:

AI credits are a single-use digital currency used to access AI-powered features on the Crumbless platform, including but not limited to content generation, image generation, keyword research, and audience analysis.
AI credits are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes:
Credits may be subject to expiry as detailed in your subscription terms. Expired credits are not eligible for refund or reinstatement.
Credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or applied to other products or services.

We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a full refund for the erroneous charge within 14 business days.
If we offer a free trial period, no charges will be applied during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly. Charges incurred after a trial period ends are subject to the same non-refund policy described in this document.

Please include your full name, account email, the product or service purchased, date and amount of the transaction, and the reason for the refund request. We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within 5 business days.
This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Under UK law, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, by accessing and using the Crumbless platform’s digital services immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the service and consent to losing your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided.
